
Crisis management
This involves managing how information is shared during a crisis to mitigate damage and maintain trust.
Through years of working with high profile brands and negotiating highly challenging roles at the Olympic Games, I have gained extensive experience in crisis and reputation management. Using these skills, I ran a PR campaign for the National Federation of SubPostmasters (NFSP) to retain DVLA services at all post offices throughout the UK which ultimately led to the renewal of another three year contract.
I was retained by the NFSP to work with the CEO on the Horizon Scandal and other sensitive issues within the postmaster network regularly working with gaining the trust of the postmasters and media.
